Licensing & Usage Agreement

All digital designs created by R5 Design Co are available for personal use and limited commercial use to create physical products, such as tees, drinkware, packaging stickers, etc.

To obtain the licensure for the production and selling of transfers for all our digital designs, please purchase the R5DC Transfer License.

This license entitles you to produce and sell the following:

• Direct to Film (DTF) transfers
• Screen print transfers
• Sublimation transfers
• Stickers

Prohibited usage:

• Altering, copying, gifting or sharing any design.
• Claiming any design as your own.
• Uploading to a sharing site.
• Uploading to a Print on Demand site such as but not limited to Printful, Amazon, Zazzle, etc.
• 3rd party printers without commercial license may not be used.

If at any time, a violation has occurred, the commercial license for any and all designs purchased from R5 Design Co will be revoked without a refund. Royalty fees for transfers sold may be sought after and incurred.

This license is non-transferable and non-refundable.
